Offers/Expression of interest are invited from the reputed Interior Designers/Architects for various upgradation/interior works at SKICC including designing and layout of Restaurant at SKICC. The desirous parties shall apply only if they possess the experience of the work of 5 star hotels/Convention Centres within/outside the country. The application along with the relevant experience certificates should reach in the office of the undersigned on or before Oct. 15, 2010 under two covers:

1. The first cover should reveal the experience in the Interior Designing and decorations accompanied with a CDR of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees: Five Thousand only) drawn on any national/ scheduled bank & pledged to the Director, SKICC.

2. Cover 2nd should contain the offer/financial bid.

Cover 2nd will be opened only after the Interior Designer qualifies and fulfills the terms & conditions of the experience clause.

The management of SKICC reserves the right to accept/ reject all or any part of the offer without assigning any reason thereof.
